Two civilians were injured by Israeli army tank fire toward the suburbs of Quneitra in the Syrian Golan Heights, Syrian media reported Friday.
The Israel Defense Forces has refused to comment on the Syrian report.
In July, three Syrian soldiers were killed and seven injured after Israeli missiles were fired from the Golan Heights towards targets in Damascus, Syrian media reported.
Some of the missiles were intercepted by Syria’s air defense systems according to the report.
